Troat, Basic description

A "Troat" is a trailer towed behind a car or truck. The Troat is  launched into the water by backing the vehicle and trailer as a a recreational boat would be launched. Once the trailer is floating,  it is kept in place by "spuds." (Pikes or poles that are run through the  deck of a floating vessel and hold it in place) The car or truck then drives up and onto the trailer. The car or truck is engaged so that it becomes  the engine, house/structure of the vessel.  The spuds are then lifted and  the boat can now motor on the water.       A Troat can be used for search and rescue, law enforcement, and marine  ambulance. A floating food truck, recreational, and a water taxi. Anything a boat could be used for.  With the ability to convert instantly  into a land vehicle.       During flooding events that are predicted to only get worse due to  climate change, the advent of Troats will save many lives.
